Then, you have to suffer from poor active of brain, slow reaction, and poor memory. So, you need to force your brain think continuously and frequently.

Furthermore, lack of sleeping cause lack of oxygen, cell of brain cannot “rest”, central nerve system is not rehabilitated. This forces you to face with many symptom such as fatigue, poor memory, unfocused, unstable mental,… Therefore, you should arrange time to have an enough sleeping from 7 to 8 hours per day.

4. Cover your head when sleeping

Many people often use blanket to cover all their heads or lie on their stomach. This is a serious problem because when you sleep with that position, your brain cannot inhale enough necessary oxygen. This can make brain activity slower and degenerative in a long time. More seriously, you also have to face with danger of life when lacking of oxygen.

Some people are used to eating sweet food frequently but do not aware that it has a bad effect on health, especially on brain.
Carbohydrate can provide energy for your body temporarily but its nutrition is low. Eating too much sugar make you have difficulty in absorb important nutrition, and interrupt absorbing protein. This may lead to the lack of necessary nutrition for activity of organs, especially the brain. If this status lasts long, brain can be underdeveloped and has higher chance to have brain diseases.
